Can you give me a quotation over the phone?
We can provide a quote over the phone as well as paying a visit to make one. While it is preferred to visit the property and properly asses the job we realise that it is not always convenirnt for people. For commercial carpet cleaning a visit to quote is always required except in emergencies.
How quickly can I get my carpet or upholstery cleaned?
Same day carpet cleaning is a possibility but we cannot guarantee that we will have availability. We advise that you call us as soon as possible once you decide that you need your carpets or upholstery cleaned.
What is the estimated drying time?
Drying times vary depending on a variety of factors such as carpet type and ventilation. Synthetic carpets tend to dry quicker than wool carpets and carpets dry quicker in the summer when windows can be left open.
Often we can use dryers to help speed up the drying times. Please ask about this services when booking your carpet cleaning.
